Middle School Mentorship

The first session of the MSA Middle School Mentorship was launched at MIT in July 2013, exactly a year after the parent mentorship session started. The main goal of the program is to spark an enthusiasm for learning new things and give capable students the values that will help them succeed and exceed expectations of high school. In only a few short months, the program has already had 2 sessions with an attendance of over 20 mentors and 50+ mentees. Please register for the upcoming spring session here. Registered students must bring in $25 for program entry on the FIRST day (March 2nd). From thereon after until June 15th, students will meet every Sunday on the MIT Campus in the Whitaker Building Rm. 114 (56-114) (http://whereis.mit.edu/?go=56) from 3pm to 5pm.

Application for Spring 2014 is now open!

Our program for Spring 2014 will begin on Sunday, March 2nd. Entrance is as selective as the number of mentors we have registered. Decisions will be released on February 27th, 2014. If you are not accepted into the program, we highly encourage you to prove our decision wrong and work through all the freely accessible material at home with your parents or older sibling as your mentor.

With the rapid growth of the program, we are in need of more MENTORS in Boston!

If you are a high school student interested in mentoring middle school students, please provide your information here.
